How payment works
Fees are quoted in writing after your free assessment, once we know what your file actually needs — we do not publish a single price because a Bachelor's application to one university and a Full Ride for a PhD candidate are not the same job. Payment is split into instalments tied to milestones. You never pay the full amount up front, and the assessment itself is free whether or not you continue.

Eligibility assessment
Forty-five minutes on your grades, budget, language level and target intake. We tell you which universities are realistic and which are not — including when the honest answer is to wait a year or strengthen your profile first.
Document preparation
CIMEA statements of comparability, Declaration of Value, sworn translation and apostille. We tell you exactly what to obtain, from which office, and in what order — because doing these out of sequence means paying twice.
University applications
We apply to several universities in parallel and write to the profile each one rewards. Entrance tests such as TOLC or IMAT are prepared for specifically, not generically.
Scholarship filing
The DSU is filed with the regional body, not the university, on its own calendar. We prepare the ISEE parificato, submit before the deadline, and follow the outcome through to payment — including appeals.
Visa & permit
Universitaly pre-enrolment, consulate appointment, the full document dossier and a rehearsed interview. After you land, the permesso di soggiorno within the eight-day legal window.
Arrival
Housing search, codice fiscale, a bank account that will actually accept a new arrival, health registration and in-person enrolment. The month most students underestimate.
